The Story & Challenge
Tudor homes feature rich architectural details, but dropping a bright, stark-white kitchen into one can feel jarring against the home’s surrounding dark wood millwork. The goal was to update the kitchen for modern cooking while keeping its style in harmony with the home’s historic roots.

The Construction-Minded Solution
We relocated the wall oven to create a dedicated drop zone and transformed the far wall into a focal point with a pro-style range and custom decorative hood. A paneled refrigerator and dedicated appliance garage keep the sightlines clean and uncluttered.

A custom color palette blending soft sage green and white cabinetry, a warm natural wood island that bridges the gap to the surrounding Tudor trim, an appliance garage to keep countertops clear, and a custom decorative range hood.
