Gilded in Green

This kitchen is the perfect blend of classic details and thoughtful design. We began with cabinetry in a rich green hue to bring warmth and interest, next, adding a petite black freestanding island adds contrast and feels a bit like an old French table. This gives our clients a wonderful prep area, but also a great place to entertain.

Crisp white subway tile lays the foundation against the green, offering a backdrop that never goes out of style. Behind the range, we chose a bolder statement tile that takes center stage adding a touch of personality.

Gold plumbing fixtures and hardware pop against the deep tones, while soft leather stools at the island create a place to gather, their texture lending comfort and character. The lighting was also designed to flatter every detail. The final highlight is the adjoining pantry area that has the sweetest wire mesh doors, gorgeous wallpaper, and a color-saturated ceiling and molding to make it truly special. It is sure to be the heart of our client’s home for many years to come.
