Patterns and Pinks

This bedroom is a celebration of pattern, color, and craftsmanship. Wrapped in comfort and clever design is a custom upholstered headboard and footboard in a beautiful pink fabric. It sets the tone for a space that’s a quintessential blend of both patterns and neutrals, and full of personality. The bedding is richly layered with multiple textiles in different, but coordinating prints and colors, adding depth and visual interest while maintaining a cohesive palette.

Along the main wall, our team designed a custom wainscot treatment that not only adds architectural character but cleverly conceals essential utilities—proof that function and beauty can coexist seamlessly. It is another reason to do every project in house at Karr Bick. We tackle every element for sensible solutions.

A cozy corner nook features a floral-upholstered chair, a ruffled ottoman, and soft, layered lighting, creating the perfect spot for reading, morning coffee, or unwinding at the end of the day. Lighting was thoughtfully selected to highlight key areas of the room—from sconces that highlight the bed to accent lighting that enhances the nook. Every detail in this bedroom was considered for both comfort and charm, resulting in a space that feels personal, inviting, and entirely unique. Find your nothing ordinary.
