This St. Louis bathroom remodel is located in an older home in University City.  We wanted to keep the charm of the old architecture when we did the design for this small space.  Making the window the focal point, we used a larger format subway tile in a debossed pattern topping it with a black pencil trim.  The black, white, gray and brass color pallet is clean and simple yet full of detail and impact.  The vanity is small but exploding with detail in the cabinet feet and wainscot sides as well as in the large headboard style stone splash.  The faucets are wall mounted and make the 18″ deep vanity top more spacious.  The radiator is painted with a metallic spray paint in a warm golden color to compliment the faucets and sconce lighting.   The curved shower rod makes more room for showering in the combination tub/shower.  The best part?  Carl, the dog, sat so nicely for our photo shoot!
