Jenny Rausch, CKD, owner of Karr-Bick Kitchen and Bath, is an award-winning designer with more than 15 years of experience in the industry.Jenny’s clients appreciate her extensive knowledge, honesty, straightforward attitude and determination. Her experience working with all types of spaces and all ranges of budgets is invaluable. When you work with Jenny you can count on getting an honest opinion. Her straightforward attitude, determination and talent make her popular with clients – from a family designing a dream kitchen to a contractor rehabbing a home.
With more than ten years of experience under her belt, Jenny has worked with all types of spaces and all ranges of budget. Owning her own business has been her goal since entering the industry and she is dedicated to making Karr Bick the place to go in St. Louis for kitchen and bath design.Jenny is a frequent guest on Great Day St. Louis on KMOV-TV, Channel 4 and a regular contributor to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Jenny is the host of Real Life Renovations on KMOV-TV, an hour-long primetime special that follows a renovation project from start to finish. Several of her projects have been featured in national publications, including Better Homes and Gardens Kitchens and Baths Makeovers and Kitchen and Bath Ideas.Jenny received her degree in Textile and Apparel Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She began working in interior design before specializing in kitchens and bathrooms. She worked as a kitchen and bath designer with RSI Kitchen and Bath for more than eight years, several of them as showroom manager. She is a certified kitchen designer and president of the local chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath Association.

Todd Rausch, co-owner of Karr Bick Kitchen and Bath, is the type of person you would trust with your home – he’s a perfectionist. And he expects every project he oversees for Karr Bick to reflect his desire for quality and perfection.Todd began working in the construction industry as a framing carpenter. After gaining experience working for a builder, Todd started his own company, Rausch Construction. Todd and his employees rehabbed houses for resale and completed renovation projects for homeowners.
At Karr Bick, Todd is in charge of warehouse, construction and installation. His responsibilities include bidding jobs, overseeing installation and, of course, ensuring that each project meets his high standards.
Wendy Kuhn always has her finger on the pulse of what is new and now. From the newest developments in cabinetry and countertop surfaces to the latest in tile trends and appliance technology, Wendy recognizes the importance of knowing what is current in the market. She uses her knowledge to bring these materials together into interesting combinations of color and texture, while satisfying the need for both form and function. Wendy truly listens to her clients and provides them with viable options and expert advice. This is her key to a successful project and a happy homeowner. Her goal is to design a space that is practical, functional and always beautiful. Her travels around the USA and to Europe, Asia and other parts of the world have inspired her unique design aesthetic. The exposure to various cultures has expanded her ability to relate well with people.
Wendy attended the University of Missouri- Columbia where she studied fashion design. Her career took her to New York City where she worked in clothing design and continued her education at the Fashion Institute of Technology and Parson’s School of Design. Wendy’s career path eventually brought her back to St. Louis. With experience remodeling her own kitchen, and a desire to stay in St. Louis with her family, she turned her career from designing sweaters to designing interior spaces. To transition, she attended St. Louis Community College at Meramec for the National Kitchen and Bath certification program.
The skills that made Wendy a successful clothing designer have proven to make her successful as an interior designer. There’s nothing more comforting than wrapping up in your favorite sweater. Wendy can bring that same sense of warmth to your home.
